Ohio High School Softball - Perry drops to Canfield
April 12, 2025: Canfield, OH 44406 Canfield Cardinals (Canfield, OH) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Perry Panthers (Massillon, OH), 13-3 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Canfield improves its record to 9-1 on the year. The Cardinals host Archbishop Hoban (Akron, OH) to play the Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, April 12. The Knights enter the game with a record of 3-2. Archbishop Hoban won 21-1 in their recent non-league game against St. Joseph Academy (Cleveland, OH)
The Panthers now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Louisville for a non-league game on Monday, April 14. Perry will play a Leopards squad coming off a 12-1 non-league loss to Manchester (Akron, OH). The Leopards record now stands at 1-5.
