Iowa High School Soccer - Kennedy toppled by Valley
April 12, 2025: West Des Moines, IA 50266 Valley Tigers (West Des Moines, IA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Cedar Rapids, IA), 4-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Valley moves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Southeast Polk (Pleasant Hill, IA) to meet the Rams in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 15. The Rams come into the match with a record of 2-1. Southeast Polk won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Davenport North (Davenport, IA)
The Cougars now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prairie for a non-league match on Monday, April 14. Kennedy will meet a Hawks team coming off a 6-1 league win over Jefferson (Cedar Rapids, IA). The Hawks record now stands at 2-1.
