Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA) supporters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Altoona Mountain Lions (Altoona, PA), 15-6 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Central Cambria improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Red Devils travel to Bishop McCort (Johnstown, PA) to play the Crushers in a Laurel Highlands 1 game on Monday, April 14. The Crushers enter the game with a record of 3-2. Bishop McCort won 11-8 in their recent league game against Westmont Hilltop (Johnstown, PA)

The Mountain Lions now hold a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to DuBois for a non-league game on Monday, April 14. Altoona will play a Beavers squad coming off a 17-2 league win over Bradford (Bradford, PA). The Beavers record now stands at 5-2.
