Minnesota High School Softball - Kenyon-Wanamingo topped by Cannon Falls
April 12, 2025: Cannon Falls, MN 55009 Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN) backers left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Kenyon-Wanamingo Knights (Kenyon, MN), 17-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Cannon Falls upgrades its record to 5-1 on the year. The Bombers travel to Kasson-Mantorville (Kasson, MN) to play the Komets in a Hiawatha Valley game on Tuesday, April 15. The Komets enter the game with a record of 4-2. Kasson-Mantorville lost 9-7 in their recent non-league game against Cotter (Winona, MN)
The Knights now own a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Bethlehem Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, April 15. Kenyon-Wanamingo will play a Cardinals squad coming off a 8-2 non-league win over Goodhue (Goodhue, MN). The Cardinals record now stands at 4-0.
