Texas High School Softball - Grandview bounces Salado
April 12, 2025: Grandview, TX 76050 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Grandview Zebras (Grandview, TX) and the visiting Salado Eagles (Salado, TX), observed Grandview's softball team prevail over Salado by a tally of 10-0.
The Zebras (21-3) will now prepare for their bout against Rice (Rice, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region III District 18 bout with a 8-8 record. In their last bout, Rice was routed by Scurry-Rosser (Scurry, TX), 8-7, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Gateway College Preparatory Gators (Georgetown, TX) in a 4A Region III District 24 test, on Tuesday, April 15. Salado will attempt to advance on its 21-5 season record. The Gators go into the test with a 19-1 record after their 10-0 league win over Lampasas (Lampasas, TX).
