Illinois High School Softball - Marengo bounces Warren Township
April 12, 2025: Marengo, IL 60152 The Marengo Indians (Marengo, IL) softball routed the visiting Warren Township Blue Devils (Gurnee, IL), 14-4 in Saturday's non-league outing.
The Indians now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenbard South for a non-league outing on Saturday, April 12. Marengo will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Glenbard East (Lombard, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Warren Township moves to 4-3 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Zion-Benton (Zion, IL) to confront the Zee-Bees in a North Suburban battle on Monday, April 14. The Zee-Bees come into the battle with a record of 2-2. Zion-Benton lost 15-2 in their recent non-league battle against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL)
