April 12, 2025: Wausau, WI 54401 Menomonie Mustangs (Menomonie, WI) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Wausau West Warriors (Wausau, WI), 6-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Menomonie improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Eau Claire Memorial (Eau Claire, WI) to play the Old Abes in a Big Rivers game on Tuesday, April 15. The Old Abes enter the game with a record of 1-3. Eau Claire Memorial lost 15-7 in their recent non-league game against La Crosse Logan (La Crosse, WI)
The Warriors now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Marshfield for a Wisconsin Valley game on Thursday, April 17.
