Michigan High School Softball - Merrill bounces North Michigan Christian Academy
April 12, 2025: Merrill, MI 48637 The Merrill Vandals softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting North Michigan Christian Academy Comets to 0 in the Vandals non-league win on Saturday.
The Vandals now possess a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Charles for a Mid-State battle on Monday, April 14. Merrill will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 13-3 league loss to Vestaburg (Vestaburg, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-3.
With the loss, North Michigan Christian Academy moves to 0-2 on the season. The Comets travel to Valley Lutheran (Saginaw, MI) to confront the Chargers in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 12. The Chargers come into the battle with a record of 0-2. Valley Lutheran lost 20-1 in their recent league battle against Ithaca (Ithaca, MI)
