Omaha South Packers (Omaha, NE) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Omaha Central Eagles (Omaha, NE), 9-7 in a league test.

With the win, Omaha South upgrades its record to 7-9 on the season. The Packers travel to Creighton Prep (Omaha, NE) to battle the Junior Jays in a A District 1 test on Thursday, April 14. The Junior Jays come into the test with a record of 12-2.

With the defeat, Omaha Central falls to 6-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Elkhorn South (Omaha, NE) to battle the Storm in a non-league test on Thursday, April 14. The Storm come into the test with a record of 9-4.
