April 13, 2022: McDonough, GA 30252 The Fayette County Tigers lacrosse squad (Fayetteville, GA), was overwhelmed 16-1 in Wednesday's league challenge with the host Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA)
Coming up next, the Wolverines meet the Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA) in a 1A-5A Area 6 challenge, on Thursday, April 14. Union Grove will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Wolfpack enter the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 8-6 league win over Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA).
The Tigers now sport a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Ola for a 1A-5A Area 6 challenge on Monday, April 18. Fayette County will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 18-7 non-league loss to Lakeside (Evans, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 10-3.
