Springfield Cougars (Springfield, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Lower Merion Aces (Ardmore, PA), 4-1 in a league test.

With the win, Springfield upgrades its record to 1-6 on the season. The Cougars host Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA) to battle the Jaguars in a Central test on Friday, April 14.
