The Mohawk Area Warriors baseball team (Bessemer, PA), was tipped 8-7 in Thursday's non-league outing with the host Peters Township Indians (McMurray, PA)

The Indians now hold a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mars for a non-league outing on Friday, April 14. Peters Township will confront a Fightin' Planets team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA). The Fightin' Planets record now stands at 6-4.

Next, the Warriors confront the Ellwood City Wolverine (Ellwood City, PA) in a WPIAL 3A 1 outing, on Monday, April 17. Mohawk Area will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Wolverine go into the outing with a 2-8 record after their 12-8 non-league loss to Ambridge (Ambridge, PA).
