Wisconsin High School Softball - Milton bounces Mount Horeb
April 13, 2023: Mount Horeb, WI 53572 Milton Red Hawks (Milton, WI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Mount Horeb Vikings (Mount Horeb, WI), 13-2 in a non-league challenge.
The Red Hawks now own a 4-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madison Memorial for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. Milton will face a Spartans squad coming off a 7-2 league win over Janesville Craig (Janesville, WI). The Spartans record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, Mount Horeb falls to 2-4 on the campaign. The Vikings host Platteville (Platteville, WI) to face the Hillmen in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. The Hillmen enter the challenge with a record of 2-5. Platteville lost 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI)
