Texas High School Baseball - Celina defeats Lone Star
April 13, 2024: Celina, TX 75009 Celina Bobcats (Celina, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Lone Star Rangers (Frisco, TX), 13-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Celina upgrades its record to 25-3 on the season. The Bobcats travel to Anna (Anna, TX) to battle the Coyotes in a 4A Region II District 11 test on Tuesday, April 23. The Coyotes come into the test with a record of 13-12.
With the defeat, Lone Star falls to 16-12 on the season. The Rangers travel to Creekview (Carrollton, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a 5A Region II District 9 test on Tuesday, April 16. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 16-12. Creekview won 6-3 in their recent non-league test against Adams (Dallas, TX)
