Illinois High School Baseball - Genoa-Kingston loses to Sandwich
April 13, 2024: Genoa, IL 60135 In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Sandwich Indians baseball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Genoa-Kingston Cogs.
The Indians (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Richmond-Burton (Richmond, IL). The Rockets go into the Kishwaukee River game with a 12-5 record. In their last game, Richmond-Burton ran past Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL), 4-0, in a league game.
The Cogs (3-12) will now prepare for their game against Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL). The Cardinals go into the Big Northern game with a 9-8 record. In their last game, Stillman Valley was overwhelmed by Freeport (Freeport, IL), 13-3, in a non-league game.
