New Jersey High School Baseball - Watchung Hills Regional can't hold off Roxbury
April 13, 2024: Succasunna, NJ 07876 In Saturday's non-league game, the host Roxbury Gaels baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Watchung Hills Regional Warriors.
The Gaels (3-3) will now prepare for their game against Montville (Montville, NJ). The Mustangs come into the NJAC - American contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Montville was nipped by West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ), 10-3, in a league contest.
The Warriors now sport a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Franklin for a Skyland - Raritan contest on Tuesday, April 16. Watchung Hills Regional will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 13-5 league loss to Immaculata (Somerville, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 2-2.
