California High School Volleyball - Arlington tips Bassett
April 13, 2024: La Puente, CA 91746 Arlington Lions (Riverside, CA) backers left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Bassett Olympians (La Puente, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lions battle the St. Bernard Vikings (Playa del Rey, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, April 13. Arlington will attempt to better on its 13-8 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 1-16 record after their 3-0 league loss to St. Paul (Santa Fe Springs, CA).
With the loss, Bassett drops to 15-8 on the campaign. The Olympians host Ganesha (Pomona, CA) to battle the Giants in a Miramonte match on Monday, April 15. The Giants come into the match with a record of 19-4. Ganesha won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against California Academy of Math & Science (Carson, CA)
