Nevada High School Volleyball - Liberty can't hold off Desert Oasis

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Desert Oasis Diamondbacks volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Liberty Patriots.

The Diamondbacks (11-13) will now prepare for their battle against Bishop Gorman (Las Vegas, NV). The Gaels come into the non-league battle with a 12-5 record. In their last match, Bishop Gorman tipped Boulder City (Boulder City, NV), 2-0, in a non-league match.

With the loss, Liberty drops to 6-12 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Clark (Las Vegas, NV) to battle the Chargers in a 4A - Mountain match on Tuesday, April 16. The Chargers come into the match with a record of 0-11. Clark lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Del Sol (Las Vegas, NV)
