California High School Volleyball - Oak Grove tips Mills
April 13, 2024: San Jose, CA 95123 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Oak Grove Eagles (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Mills Vikings (Millbrae, CA), saw Oak Grove's volleyball squad nip Mills by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Oak Grove upgrades its record to 7-11 on the year. The Eagles host Westmont (Campbell, CA) to play the Warriors in a BVAL - Santa Teresa bout on Tuesday, April 16. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 12-6. Westmont won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln (San Jose, CA)
The Vikings now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Carlmont for a PAL - Bay bout on Wednesday, April 17. Mills will play a Scots squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to De La Salle (Concord, CA). The Scots record now stands at 24-8.
