Virginia High School Lacrosse - Episcopal overwhelms Bishop O'Connell
April 13, 2024: Alexandria, VA 22302 The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA) and the visiting Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA), saw Episcopal's lacrosse team achieve victory over Bishop O'Connell by a margin of 12-7.
The Maroon (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA). The Saints enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Catherine's was overwhelmed by Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA), 10-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Knights (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD). The Falcons enter the Washington Catholic challenge with a 14-0 record. In their last challenge, Our Lady of Good Counsel edged Paul VI (Chantilly, VA), 18-5, in a league challenge.
