New Jersey High School Lacrosse - Cherokee drops to Hunterdon Central
April 13, 2024: Marlton, NJ 08053 Hunterdon Central Red Devils (Flemington, NJ) boosters exited the stadium content Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Cherokee Chiefs (Marlton, NJ), 17-7 in a non-league battle.
The Red Devils now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Voorhees for a Skyland - Delaware battle on Tuesday, April 16. Hunterdon Central will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Northern Highlands (Allendale, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 4-2.
In their next game, the Chiefs clash with the Camden Catholic Fighting Irish (Cherry Hill, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 20. Cherokee will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Fighting Irish come into the battle with a 1-2 record after their 19-8 league loss to Paul VI (Haddonfield, NJ).
