April 13, 2024: Broomfield, CO 80023 The Legacy Lightning got by the visiting Broomfield Eagles baseball team by a count of 7-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Lightning now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Brighton for a bout on Tuesday, April 16. Legacy will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Eaglecrest (Centennial, CO). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-2.
Next, the Eagles face the Monarch Coyotes (Louisville, CO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 16. Broomfield will attempt to move on its 5-1 season record. The Coyotes enter the bout with a 3-3 record after their 11-7 non-league loss to Columbine (Littleton, CO).
