South Carolina High School Soccer - Chapin nudges Nation Ford
April 13, 2024: Chapin, SC 29036 Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Nation Ford Falcons (Fort Mill, SC), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles confront the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes (Irmo, SC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Chapin will attempt to better on its 11-4 season record. The Silver Foxes enter the challenge with a 12-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to White Knoll (Lexington, SC).
The Falcons now have a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mauldin for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. Nation Ford will confront a Mavericks team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Mavericks record now stands at 5-3.
