Indiana High School Softball - South Central nudges Bremen
April 13, 2024: Bremen, IN 46506 South Central Satellites (Union Mills, IN) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Bremen Lions (Bremen, IN), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Satellites now own a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host Tri-Township for a Porter County challenge on Monday, April 15.
With the loss, Bremen falls to 4-2 on the campaign. The Lions travel to South Bend Riley (South Bend, IN) to battle the Wildcats in a Northern Indiana challenge on Monday, April 15. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 6-0. South Bend Riley won 19-0 in their recent league challenge against South Bend Washington (South Bend, IN)

Lions comeback falls short to South Central - 4-3
On a beautiful Saturday for softball, the Bremen Lady Lions trailed 4-0 thru 5.5 innings, then scored 3 in the bottom of the 6th then threatened in the bottom of the 7th, but the Satellites held on & picked up a 4-3 victory.
Eliana Grubbs had a pair of hits & reached on an error, Mickey Shively added a double & walk, Delainey Neher, Peyton Mason, and Isabella Calentine all had singles for the Lions.
