Michigan High School Softball - Traverse City Central bounces Cheboygan
April 13, 2024: Traverse City, MI 49686 Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Cheboygan Chiefs (Cheboygan, MI), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Heritage for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 18. Traverse City Central will battle a Hawks squad coming off a 3-2 league win over Powers Catholic (Flint, MI). The Hawks record now stands at 2-4.
With the loss, Cheboygan falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Chiefs host Traverse City West (Traverse City, MI) to battle the Titans in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. The Titans enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Traverse City West lost 13-2 in their recent non-league challenge against East Kentwood (Kentwood, MI)
