Illinois High School Softball - Crystal Lake Central bounces Woodstock
April 13, 2024: Woodstock, IL 60098 Crystal Lake Central Tigers (Crystal Lake, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Woodstock Blue Streaks (Woodstock, IL), 11-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to LaSalle-Peru for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 13. Crystal Lake Central will battle a Cavaliers squad coming off a 10-6 non-league loss to Seneca (Seneca, IL). The Cavaliers record now stands at 9-4.
With the loss, Woodstock falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Blue streaks host Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL) to battle the Skyhawks in a Kishwaukee River challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Skyhawks enter the challenge with a record of 1-5. Johnsburg lost 17-0 in their recent non-league challenge against LaSalle-Peru (LaSalle, IL)
