Missouri High School Softball - Forsyth nudges Fordland
April 13, 2024: Forsyth, MO 65653 Forsyth Panthers (Forsyth, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Fordland Eagles (Fordland, MO), 4-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 11-12 record. They take the field next when they host Buffalo for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 15. Forsyth will battle a Bison squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Houston (Houston, MO). The Bison record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, Fordland falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Eagles host Springfield Catholic (Springfield, MO) to battle the Fighting Irish in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. The Fighting Irish enter the challenge with a record of 12-3.
