April 13, 2024: Crystal Lake, IL 60012 In Saturday's non-league contest, the Prairie Ridge Wolves (Crystal Lake, IL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Geneva Vikings (Geneva, IL), by a margin of 7-1.
With the triumph, Prairie Ridge moves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Wolves host Central (Burlington, IL) to play the Rockets in a Fox Valley contest on Monday, April 15. The Rockets come into the contest with a record of 9-5. Central won 8-7 in their recent non-league contest against Hampshire (Hampshire, IL)
In their next game, the Vikings play the Lake Park Lancers (Roselle, IL) in a DuKane contest, on Monday, April 15. Geneva will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Lancers come into the contest with a 6-0 record after their 9-4 league win over Batavia (Batavia, IL).
