Arkansas High School Baseball - DeWitt wallops Star City
April 13, 2026: Star City, AR 71667 The DeWitt Dragons baseball team scored 18 runs and held the host Star City Bulldogs to 8 in the Dragons non-league win on Monday.
The Dragons now hold a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Drew Central for a 3A Region 8 test on Tuesday, April 14. DeWitt will play a Pirates team coming off a 1-0 league loss to McGehee (McGehee, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 6-6.
With the defeat, Star City drops to 6-10 on the year. The Bulldogs host Crossett (Crossett, AR) to play the Eagles in a 4A Region 8 test on Tuesday, April 14. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 11-7. Crossett won 6-5 in their recent league test against Monticello (Monticello, AR)
