In Monday's non-league game, the host Monache Marauders baseball team scored a close 6-3 win over the Firebaugh Eagles.

The Marauders (14-5) will now prepare for their game against El Diamante (Visalia, CA). The Miners go into the East Yosemite game with a 13-5 record. In their last game, El Diamante by Redwood (Visalia, CA), 1-0, in a league game.

Next, the Eagles play the Tranquillity Tigers (Tranquillity, CA) in a West Sierra game, on Tuesday, April 14. Firebaugh will attempt to improve on its 3-13 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 4-7 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to Kings Christian (Lemoore, CA).
