Indiana High School Softball - Wawasee succumbs to Fairfield

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Fairfield Falcons (Goshen, IN) softball squad overwhelmed the host Wawasee Warriors (Syracuse, IN), by a tally of 9-1.

Next, the Falcons meet the Angola Hornets (Angola, IN) in a Northeast Corner test, on Thursday, April 16. Fairfield will attempt to advance on its 3-2 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 1-2 record after their 21-0 league loss to Eastside (Butler, IN).

The Warriors (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Manchester (North Manchester, IN). The Squires go into the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Manchester was routed by Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger (Fort Wayne, IN), 18-8, in a non-league test.
