The Trico Pioneers softball squad (Campbell Hill, IL), 4-2 in Monday's non-league contest with the visiting Steeleville Warriors (Steeleville, IL)

With the triumph, Steeleville improves its record to 7-5 on the year. The Warriors travel to Dupo (Dupo, IL) to face the Tigers in a Cahokia - Kaskaskia contest on Tuesday, April 14. The Tigers enter the contest with a record of 5-6. Dupo won 23-2 in their recent non-league contest against Cahokia (Cahokia, IL)
