Arkansas High School Baseball - Pleasant Grove can't hold off Ashdown
April 14, 2022: Ashdown, AR 71822 In Thursday's non-league game, the host Ashdown Panthers baseball team scored a tight 9-8 victory over the Pleasant Grove Hawks.
The Panthers (4-1) will now prepare for their game against Prescott (Prescott, AR). The Curley Wolves go into the 3A Region 7 game with a 0-1 record.
The Hawks (8-6) will now prepare for their game against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, TX). The Pirates go into the 4A Region II District 15 game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Pittsburg was edged by North Lamar (Paris, TX), 1-0, in a league game.
