The Hinkley Thunderbirds topped the visiting Overland Trailblazers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now have a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vail Christian for a Confluence test on Monday, April 18. Hinkley will confront a Saints team coming off a 3-0 league win over KIPP Denver Collegiate (Denver, CO). The Saints record now stands at 2-6.

The Trailblazers (3-9) will now prepare for their test against D'Evelyn (Denver, CO). The Jaguars enter the non-league test with a 10-5 record. In their last test, D'Evelyn gained a win over Vail Christian (Edwards, CO), 3-1, in a league test.
