Illinois High School Lacrosse - Highland Park drops to Lakes
April 14, 2022: Lake Villa, IL 60046 Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Highland Park Giants (Highland Park, IL), 15-2 in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now have a 7-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lake Forest for a non-league battle on Monday, April 18. Lakes will clash with a Scouts squad coming off a 10-9 non-league win over York (Elmhurst, IL). The Scouts record now stands at 5-1.
In their next game, the Giants clash with the New Trier Trevians (Winnetka, IL) in a Central Suburban battle, on Tuesday, April 19. Highland Park will attempt to move on its 1-6 season record. The Trevians come into the battle with a 3-2 record after their 11-1 league win over Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL).
