Illinois High School Softball - Hononegah bounces Boylan Catholic
April 14, 2022: Rockford, IL 61103 Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Hononegah Indians (Rockton, IL) and the host Boylan Catholic Titans (Rockford, IL), witnessed Hononegah's softball squad tip Boylan Catholic by a count of 7-0.
The Indians now sport a 4-0 record. They play next when they host Rockford Auburn for a Northern Illinois NIC-9 match on Wednesday, April 20. Hononegah will face a Knights squad coming off a 9-2 league loss to Harlem (Machesney Park, IL). The Knights record now stands at 6-5.
With the loss, Boylan Catholic moves to 0-5 on the season. The Titans host Guilford (Rockford, IL) to face the Vikings in a Northern Illinois NIC-9 match on Wednesday, April 20. The Vikings go into the match with a record of 2-5. Guilford won 15-0 in their recent league match against Rockford East (Rockford, IL)
