In Friday's non-league challenge, the Central Catholic Raiders (Modesto, CA) baseball squad the visiting Buhach Colony Thunder (Atwater, CA), by a final score of 4-1.

With the win, Central Catholic upgrades its record to 8-6 on the season. The Raiders travel to East Union (Manteca, CA) to battle the Lancers in a Valley Oak League challenge on Monday, April 17. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. East Union lost 21-1 in their recent league challenge against Manteca (Manteca, CA)

With the defeat, Buhach Colony falls to 11-8 on the season. The Thunder travel to El Capitan (Merced, CA) to battle the Gauchos in a Central California Conference challenge on Tuesday, April 18.
