California High School Volleyball - Branham tips Cupertino
April 14, 2023: San Jose, CA 95118 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Branham Bruins (San Jose, CA) and the visiting Cupertino Pioneers (Cupertino, CA), saw Branham's volleyball squad nip Cupertino by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Branham upgrades its record to 15-3 on the year. The Bruins travel to Independence (San Jose, CA) to play the 76ers in a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton bout on Tuesday, April 18. The 76ers go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Independence lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Leigh (San Jose, CA)
The Pioneers now own a 13-8 record. They play next when they host Gunn for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 15. Cupertino will play a Titans squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Amador Valley (Pleasanton, CA). The Titans record now stands at 6-13.
