California High School Volleyball - Harvard-Westlake tips Venice
April 14, 2023: Los Angeles, CA 90066 Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Friday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Wolverines clash with the St. Francis Golden Knights (La Canada, CA) in a Mission match, on Tuesday, April 18. Harvard-Westlake will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Golden Knights come into the match with a 24-6 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Oak Park (Oak Park, CA).
With the loss, Venice drops to 14-11 on the campaign. The Gondoliers travel to Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA) to clash with the Lions in a Western match on Monday, April 17. The Lions come into the match with a record of 3-6. Fairfax won 3-1 in their recent league match against Los Angeles CES (Los Angeles, CA)
