Desert View Jaguars (Tucson, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Rincon/University Rangers (Tucson, AZ), 14-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now sport a 5-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Buena for a 5A Sonoran challenge on Tuesday, April 18. Desert View will face a Colts squad coming off a 22-0 league win over Nogales (Nogales, AZ). The Colts record now stands at 7-13.
