Idaho High School Softball - North Fremont bounces West Side
April 14, 2023: Dayton, ID 83232 North Fremont Huskies (Ashton, ID) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the host West Side Pirates (Dayton, ID), 12-8 in a non-league challenge.
The Huskies now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wendell for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 14. North Fremont will face a Trojans squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Melba (Melba, ID). The Trojans record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, West Side falls to 5-2 on the campaign. The Pirates travel to Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID) to face the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 15. The Trojans enter the challenge with a record of 9-1. Nampa Christian lost 4-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Malad (Malad, ID)
