Spectators at Sunday's non-league match between the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers (New Tripoli, PA) and the host Saucon Valley Panthers (Hellertown, PA), witnessed Northwestern Lehigh's softball squad tip Saucon Valley by a count of 5-0.

The Tigers now sport a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Kutztown for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 16. Northwestern Lehigh will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 12-0 league win over Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA). The Cougars record now stands at 3-4.

With the loss, Saucon Valley moves to 1-4 on the season. The Panthers travel to Southern Lehigh (Center Valley, PA) to confront the Spartans in a non-league bout on Monday, April 15.
