Arkansas High School Baseball - Shirley loses to Sacred Heart
April 14, 2025: Shirley, AR 72153 Sacred Heart Rebels (Morrilton, AR) followers left the game pleased Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Shirley Blue Devils (Shirley, AR), 15-3 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Sacred Heart moves its record to 1-9 on the season. The Rebels travel to Guy-Perkins (Guy, AR) to battle the Thunderbirds in a 1A Region 5 match on Tuesday, April 22. The Thunderbirds come into the match with a record of 4-7. Guy-Perkins lost 19-5 in their recent league match against Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR)
The Blue Devils now possess a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Viola for a 1A Region 2 match on Tuesday, April 15. Shirley will battle a Longhorns squad coming off a 3-1 league win over West Side (Greers Ferry, AR). The Longhorns record now stands at 7-1.
