April 14, 2025: Portage, MI 49024 The Portage Northern Huskies lacrosse squad scored 6 points and limited the visiting Christian Eagles to 5 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Monday.
The Huskies now hold a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Hudsonville for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, April 16. Portage Northern will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 15-10 non-league win over Lowell (Lowell, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 7-1.
With the loss, Christian falls to 1-5 on the year. The Eagles host Mona Shores (Norton Shores, MI) to clash with the Sailors in a challenge on Wednesday, April 16. The Sailors go into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Mona Shores lost 7-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Hartland (Hartland, MI)
