April 14, 2025: Madison Heights, MI 48071 Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI) and the host Bishop Foley Ventures (Madison Heights, MI), witnessed Chippewa Valley's lacrosse squad gain a win over Bishop Foley by a score of 4-2.
The Big Reds (4-1) will now prepare for their contest against L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Crusaders enter the MAC contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, L'Anse Creuse North nipped Grosse Pointe North (Grosse Pointe, MI), 17-3, in a league contest.
Next, the Ventures meet the Shrine Catholic Knights (Royal Oak, MI) in a AA Central Catholic outing, on Tuesday, April 15. Bishop Foley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Knights go into the outing with a 2-3 record after their 13-9 non-league loss to Lansing Catholic (Lansing, MI).
