Louisiana High School Baseball - Tioga defeats Buckeye
April 15, 2022: Tioga, LA 71405 Tioga Indians (Tioga, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Buckeye Panthers (Buckeye, LA), 10-5 in a non-league test.
With the win, Tioga upgrades its record to 10-10 on the season. The Indians travel to Leesville (Leesville, LA) to battle the Wampus Cats in a 4A District 3 test on Tuesday, April 19. The Wampus Cats come into the test with a record of 6-13. Leesville won 10-2 in their recent non-league test against Simpson (Simpson, LA)
With the defeat, Buckeye falls to 5-21 on the season. The Panthers travel to Grant (Dry Prong, LA) to battle the Cougars in a 3A District 3 test on Tuesday, April 19. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 8-4. Grant won 8-7 in their recent non-league test against Pineville (Pineville, LA)
