In Friday's non-league game, the host Eastern Comets baseball team scored a tight 11-4 victory over the Manchester Squires.

The Comets (6-0) will now prepare for their game against Northfield (Wabash, IN). The Norsemen go into the non-league game with a 0-4 record. In their last game, Northfield was overwhelmed by Taylor (Kokomo, IN), 18-8, in a non-league game.

The Squires (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Oak Hill (Converse, IN). The Golden Eagles go into the Central Indiana game with a 3-2 record.
