April 15, 2022: Fitzgerald, GA 31750 In Friday's non-league battle, the host Fitzgerald Purple Hurricane soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Washington County Golden Hawks.
The Purple Hurricane (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Gordon Central (Calhoun, GA). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 13-1 record. In their last battle, Gordon Central nudged Haralson County (Tallapoosa, GA), 9-0, in a non-league battle.
