Tennessee High School Softball - Girls Prep nudges Upperman
April 15, 2022: Chattanooga, TN 37405 The crowd at Friday's non-league match between the Girls Prep Bruisers (Chattanooga, TN) and the visiting Upperman Bees (Baxter, TN), saw Girls Prep's softball squad nip Upperman by a count of 5-4.
The Bruisers now sport a 7-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hixson for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 19. Girls Prep will face a Wildcats squad coming off a 18-5 non-league loss to Walker Valley (Cleveland, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-7.
With the loss, Upperman falls to 10-8 on the campaign. The Bees travel to Franklin (Franklin, TN) to face the Admirals in a non-league match on Friday, April 15. The Admirals enter the match with a record of 3-2.
