April 15, 2023: Doylestown, OH 44230 Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH) and the visiting Newcomerstown Trojans (Newcomerstown, OH), saw Chippewa's baseball squad knock off Newcomerstown by a count of 11-5.
Coming up next, the Chipps play the Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) in a Wayne County Athletic battle, on Tuesday, April 18. Chippewa will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record. The Golden Bears enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 7-5 non-league win over Wooster (Wooster, OH).
